Lexitaire's Romanian word list comes from the Romanian Scrabble Federation’s own official LOC 6.0 word list, licensed MPL 1.1 / GPL 2.0 / LGPL 2.1. Challenge links in this language open correctly in the native iPhone/iPad/Apple TV app too.

Letters & tiles

The letter bag is 98 tiles: 22 letters; diacritics fold onto their base letter rather than tiling separately — ă/â become A, î becomes I, ș becomes S, and ț becomes T. The tile distribution is 98 tiles across a 22-letter alphabet with no K, Q, W, or Y.
